Hi there!
My name is Adriane (she/her), and I'm a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, who specializes in working with tweens & teens, their families, and adults. I believe guiding people to uncover their own unique capabilities and build effective coping mechanisms are the best ways to encourage healthy independence and confidence.

I offer a safe, supportive, collaborative, and confidential space. Through conversation and respectful curiosity we will explore, and allow you to "write" and uncover the story of your life, authored by you.
The best way to start, is to get to know each other, let's set up an appointment and start the conversation. There is more to a person than a few checked boxes on an intake form, offering only a thin description of you, and your experiences. Through
Re-Authoring
Through conversation we will explore and identify issues and problems. By identifying how the problem continues to exist within your life, we can then collaboratively build a new pathway to help you reach your goals. Within this re-authoring process you will gain a deeper knowledge of who you are and what helps to keep you well.
mindful(L)ness
Mindfulness is a tool to build a deeper awareness about feelings, instincts, and thoughts, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness often involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and introspective techinques or practices. Mindfulness assists in relaxing the body and mind; while helping to reduce stress and encourages clarity of one's choices, behaviors and patterns.

I acquired my EMDR training through EMDRIA approved courses.
